2025 Bob Young Invitational

Greetings fellow golfers,                      

Join us in welcoming Yvon’s Home Hardware Building Centre as the major sponsor of the 2025 Bob Young Invitational tournament!  The BYI values the continued support of the event and partnership!  We would also like to thank Ford Lecours Motor Sales for their support over the last four (4) years to grow the Bob Young Invitational and make it the premiere event in the region. 

2025 marks the 54^th playing of the tournament. Our expectation is that the field of golfers can look forward to great and competitive golf that will deliver a memorable Canada Day weekend for all.

We are therefore hopeful that you will plan to attend for the first time or the 54^th or anywhere in between to enjoy the tournament and a special Canada weekend.

Online registrations will be accepted on February 28 @ 8am.

Entry Fee               

Non-member: $205 Member: $170

Refunds will only be provided if the tournament can fill your spot. $25 administration fee applicable for all refunds.                                                                 

Power Carts: $45/day or $120 / 3 days

Included in the Entry Fee:

• Mini Tournament held during your practice round on Friday.  Practice rounds can be booked starting May 30th.

• Senior Tournament will continue this year within the regular tournament.  This will be open to players who have reached their 60th birthday by June 26^th, 2025.

• Skins Game will also be played during the two-day event

• Food & Beverage Tickets:  Steak supper, sausage-on-a-bun or similar, beverages (2)

To ensure your entry into the tournament, please submit your online entry fee of $205 for non-members & $170 for members (HST included). Entries will be accepted on a first received basis.

Special Requests – Player Groupings

Due to the volume of special requests each year, the following guidelines will apply:

• Player groupings and tee times (AM or PM) on Saturday will be assigned on a first come/first served basis.

• Please visit www.kapgolfclub.ca/byi to view available tee-off times.

• All golfers within your requested grouping must submit their payment and online entry to be included in your group.  Tee times will not be reserved if the online form and payment is not received.

• It is suggested that one (1) golfer complete the online entry form and submit payment on behalf of the entire group. 

  • All players must provide a telephone number and email to submit the online form and register

The tournament is open to all who are interested so pass this on to family and friends, or acquaintances
